Whether repair or maintenance work, outdoors or in the workshop, with the 4-in-1 combi welding device from the STAMOS Germany series, you always have the right welding method at hand. You can weld MIG MAG or TIG with gas as well as metal work without gas with an electrode or cored wire. The compact combination welding device offers the latest technology combined with easy handling, which is ideal for all welding work.
With a welding current of up to 250 A, the STAMOS 4-in-1 combi welding machine can powerfully process a wide variety of metals. Even a duty cycle of 100% is possible with a high welding current of 190 A for all welding methods. This allows you to carry out welding work without interruption, quickly and with consistent quality. This is ensured by the modern IGBT inverter, which reliably controls the welding current and ensures a stable arc.
TIG welding with the versatile 4-in-1 combination welding machine
For WIG welding, the combination welding device from STAMOS offers a high-quality welding torch with which you can use tungsten electrodes with a diameter of 0.5 to 4 mm. The WIG welding process is characterised by extremely precise weld seams and flexible handling. The low heat zone causes little distortion, even on thin sheets of 0.5mm thickness. Clean weld seams are achieved with few weld spatters.
The 4-in-1 combination welding machine for quick and clean MIG MAG welding
With the MIG MAG welding method of the 4-in-1 combination welding machine, you can join different metals together very quickly. The speed of the wire feed can be reliably adjusted between 2.5 and 13 m/min with a rotary control. For optimal welding results with little spatter, the MIG MAG welding process is equipped with the inductance function.
Depending on the type of metal, a different gas is used for MIG MAG welding, which is fed via an easy-to-use gas connection via the device to the MIG welding torch. MIG welding uses inert gases for copper, magnesium and other non-ferrous metals and their alloys; for mild steel, steel and most of their alloys, MAG welding with active gases is optimal.
Uncomplicated welding with one electrode – the 4-in-1 combination welding machine makes it possible
For electrode welding, the 4-in-1 combination welding machine offers a very well-made electrode holder for electrodes with a diameter of 1.6 to 5 mm. The Hot Start function, which starts automatically and enables fast and convenient welding, ensures optimum welding results.
The powerful STAMOS combination welding machine with FCAW
If you want to weld without gas and with cored wire, then the combination welding machine from STAMOS is also ideally suited for this. The polarity can be conveniently carried out outside of the device, so that this welding method can be set up quickly and easily.
Anyone who likes to combine high performance with versatility will quickly be won over by the 4-in-1 combination welding machine!
