Whether you use WIG or MIG MAG welding with inert gas or electrode or flux-cored wire welding without gas, with high performance values ​​of up to 195 A you will achieve optimal results in every work situation. 

Professional MIG MAG welding with the STAMOS combination welding machine 

For MIG MAG welding, wire rolls with a diameter of up to 200 mm can be hung in the STAMOS combination welding machine. The welding wire should have a diameter of 0.8 to 1 mm so that it can be reliably fed to the MIG MAG torch via the two-roll wire feeder. The wire speed can be set between 3 and 19 m/min using a rotary switch. If you want to route the wire externally to the welding torch via a spool gun, this variant can be selected using a toggle switch in the roller compartment. 

The combination welding machine from STAMOS offers clever synergy programs for MIG welding, which select the optimal current values ​​for welding depending on the proportion of the inert gas argon and the wire thickness. In addition, the device is equipped with a soft-start function that achieves optimal weld seams right from the start with MIG MAG welding. 

More in the combination welding machine – WIG Lift arc 

The 4-in-1 combination welding machine offers the WIG Liftarc welding method, which can be selected directly on the machine and requires its own WIG welding torch with a direct gas connection. For welding, the arc is activated via the Liftarc ignition, which, in contrast to high-frequency ignition, can also be used in the vicinity of sensitive electrical devices such as a pacemaker or a smartphone.

If you want to work without gas with the 4-in-1 combination welding machine from STAMOS, you are in the best position with the integrated electrode welding method. The Hot Start, Arc Force and Anti Stick functions, which start automatically and enable fast and convenient welding, ensure optimum welding results.
