The 3-in-1 combination welding machine enables WIG welding with high performance values 

If you need high-quality weld seams and want to weld self-melting metals such as steel, magnesium, copper, or titanium from 0.5 mm, then the WIG welding method of the combination welding machine is optimally adjusted to your work. The welding torch with a 4 m long hose package gives you the freedom of movement you need when welding. For inert gas welding, you can use tungsten electrodes with a diameter of 0.5 to 3.2 mm and thus meet a wide range of welding requirements. 

For WIG welding, the welding current can be regulated from 10 to 180 A, so that you have a wide power spectrum at your disposal. With a welding current below 139 A, you can even weld with a 100% duty cycle and easily manage even longer welding distances. You can achieve optimal cooling of the weld seam with the adjustable gas post-flow time of 2.5 or 5 s. 

Plasma cutting with the STAMOS combination welding device 

The combination welder is equipped with a connection for a plasma cutter, through which the high-quality cutting torch PT-31 is reliably supplied with compressed air and electricity for cutting metal. A stable plasma arc is generated at 4.5 bar, which can reliably cut metals up to 16 mm. A maximum cutting current of 50 A is available for this purpose. At 39 amps or less, you can cut metals cleanly and reliably with 100% duty cycle. 

The plasma cutter is equipped with a professional hose package that, thanks to its 4 m length, offers maximum freedom of movement when cutting metals. The compressed air supply can be perfectly adjusted via a pressure valve with a manometer, with which you can achieve high-quality kerfs with plasma cutting. 

Even without gas, the combination welding machine offers precise performance values 

If you want to weld without gas, then simply use the 3-in-1 combination welding device for electrode welding. The welding method is extremely flexible, can be used for numerous repair and maintenance jobs and offers high-quality welds right from the start thanks to Hot Start.
