With the S-MIGMA-155, the STAMOS Welding Group offers a compact and easy-to-use MIG MAG welding machine that impresses with reliable performance values. If you want to weld without gas, then you are also well positioned with the welding machine from STAMOS Germany. You can also use the device with cored wire for FCAW welding or weld with an electrode.
The compact MIG MAG welding machine
A corresponding torch is integrated in the MIG MAG welding device for each welding method mentioned. For FCAW welding you can simply use the MIG MAG torch, but you need to insert a suitable wire into the device. You will also find an electrode holder for MMA welding.
The control panel impresses with its high level of clarity. All settings can easily be made with welding gloves. The wire speed can be adjusted using a large rotary control, and the welding current is selected between 60 and 155 A using a three-stage switch. Changing between the welding methods with wire (MIG MAG/FCAW) or an electrode (MAA) is just as easy via a toggle switch.
Join non-ferrous metals or steel alloys with the STAMOS MIG MAG welding device
MIG MAG welding can be used for a wide variety of metal types and convinces with a high welding speed. For MIG welding you need inert gases to weld copper, magnesium or other non-ferrous metals. For MAG welding, active gases are used to weld iron, steel, or their alloys.
The wire feed is integrated in the device, which can be easily opened at the top to change the wire. Wires with a diameter of 0.6 – 0.8 mm can be used. To weld without gas, you must use a cored wire that already contains the shielding gas.
For electrode welding, STAMOS has already integrated the clamp in the MIG MAG welding device
In addition to welding with a wire, STAMOS offers the option of electrode welding with the S-MIGMA-155. MMA welding is suitable for small repairs and, since it does not require gas, it is an unproblematic alternative to welding with a wire, especially outdoors.
The MIG MAG welding device for mobile use
The MIG MAG welding machine is comparatively heavy with a weight of over 25 kg but can be easily placed on a welding trolley with the carrying handle. Since you need a gas bottle for MIG MAG welding, we recommend using a welding trolley on which the device and the gas bottle can be conveniently placed in the optimum welding position.
If you want to use a compact and reliable MIG MAG welding machine, then choose the STAMOS S-MIGMA-155! A wire spool with 1 kg welding wire for MIG MAG welding is included in the scope of delivery, so that you can test the MIG MAG welding machine right from the start.
